
REMEMBER PROGRESSION is an hour-long increased-intensity pilates class. Do more reps, add weights, decrease rest time, and try more challenging body positions. Suitable for people who want a greater challenge, who want to feel the burn and yet, you won’t necessarily sweat.

Is this a beginner friendly class? Medium. If you’re athletic and want to try a unique pilates class that also integrates gymnastics principles, then this is the class for you. If you’re starting to move from scratch, check out REMEMBER BASICS.
What should I bring to class? For all of our classes, you can travel light! Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and option to wear grippy socks or go barefoot.
What can I expect during this workout? Intermediate to advanced moves from pilates with some gymnastics conditioning thrown in.
Will there by modifications for injuries or different levels of fitness? Technique explanations will be minimal in this class. However, there will be progressions offered (easier and harder versions of the exercise) for different levels.

PROGRESSION requires more than a baseline healthy range of motion. Please inform the instructor of any body considerations at the start of class.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking? Yes, if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, minus any taxes and processing fees. No, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
Can I transfer my class credit to another person? Absolutely. so long as the credit is still valid.
