REMEMBER BASICS is an hour-long class that is relatively gentle, but it requires great focus. We mainly focus on stability and nerve-flossing. Suitable for people who have:
Chronic pain
Recently completed rehabilitation from injury
Mobility challenges.
What is stability?
"Stability" is the body's deep strength. Its ability to maintain control and resist external forces. REMEMBER BASICS trains stability in the core (deep abs), pelvis (hips), shoulders, back, and spine.
What is nerve flossing?
Gentle, rhythmic motions to stretch and sooth irritated/compressed nerves. Often the nerve is trapped between bone, muscle, and connective tissue. When the nerve is free, there may be relief from pinching, absence of pain and pulling, and proper muscle engagement.
